1. Return Period:

  • Enjoy 7 days of hassle-free returns and exchange from the date of delivery.
  • An additional 5-7 days are provided for the returned product(s) to reach us.

2. Reverse Pick-Up Services:

  • We offer reverse pick-up services for your convenience.
  • A nominal reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per order at the time of refund.

3. Pick-Up Attempts:

  • Our courier will attempt pick-up twice.
  • If unsuccessful, you can send the shipment back to our company address.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the return pick-up date.

5. Product Condition:

  • Please return the product(s) in the same condition as received.
  • Refunds will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or clearly worn.

6. Refund Processing:

  • Allow 7 days for the return to be processed, and the amount to be reflected in your bank account.
  • Note: Refund/bank transfer is applicable only for prepaid orders/online payments.

7. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain product categories, including accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, do not qualify for returns.

8. Self-Shipping for Returns:

  • If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, you can courier the product(s) to our warehouse.
  • Ensure proper packaging with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number mentioned.

9. Bank Details:

  • Provide accurate bank details for refunds; any errors will not be the responsibility of O2 Bazar.

  • Queries are addressed Monday-Sunday, 10 am-8 pm. Pending queries will be prioritized the next day.

11. Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are possible until the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

12.Refunds for Free Product Deals:

  • Orders during promotions like BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for returns.

13. Terms and Conditions:

  • The customer is responsible for product care during possession.
  • Contact us promptly for non-conforming products within 1 day of receiving them.
  • Bank account details provided by the customer are final.
  • For undelivered orders, contact us within 24 hours.
